Walk & Talk Events in Herefordshire

Free Monthly Walks • Fresh Air • Honest Chat • All Welcome

What is Walk & Talk?

Walk & Talk is a free, judgement-free community walk around beautiful Herefordshire locations. It's not a hike. It's not a workout. It's just fresh air, gentle movement, and honest conversation about pelvic health, postnatal recovery, menopause, and everything in between.

No awkward sitting in circles. No pressure to share. Just walk, chat, and connect.

Whether you've leaked while sneezing, are navigating menopause, are 15 years postnatal, or are just curious about pelvic health — you're welcome here.

Why Walk & Talk?

  • Fresh air helps conversation flow — it's easier to talk when you're walking side-by-side rather than face-to-face.
  • Gentle movement supports pelvic health — walking is fantastic for circulation, core stability, and mental health.
  • Community builds trust — you'll meet other women who "get it."
  • No judgement, ever — this is a safe space to ask questions, share struggles, or just listen.

How Walk & Talk Works

1. Check the Schedule

We host Walk & Talk events monthly, rotating through different Herefordshire locations: Wye Valley, Hereford city centre, Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye, and more.

2. Just Show Up

No booking required! Just turn up at the meeting point. We'll wait for everyone to arrive, do quick intros, and set off.

3. Walk & Chat

We'll walk at a gentle pace (no one gets left behind!). Chat as much or as little as you like. Ask questions. Share experiences. Or just enjoy the scenery.

4. Optional Coffee After

Many of our walks finish near a café. If you'd like to continue the chat over coffee, you're welcome to join — but no pressure!

Walk & Talk FAQs

Do I need to book?

Nope! Walk & Talk is drop-in. Just show up at the meeting point.

Is it really free?

Yes, completely free. No catch, no hidden costs. Community first.

What if I'm not very fit?

That's totally fine! We walk at a gentle pace and no one gets left behind. These aren't fitness walks — they're community walks.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! The more the merrier. Friends, sisters, mums, daughters — all welcome.

What if I don't want to talk about pelvic health?

That's completely okay. You can come just for the walk, listen, or chat about whatever you like. No pressure.

What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and water. That's it! Optional: a friend, a curious mind, and questions.

Are dogs allowed?

Generally yes, but please check the specific event details. Some locations are more dog-friendly than others.

What if it's raining?

We're hardy Herefordshire folk! Unless the weather is truly awful (or unsafe), walks go ahead. Check our Facebook or Instagram for last-minute updates.
